How It All Started
The idea first came from the mind of Tan Yee Hung as known as "The Beast", the Founder and CEO of Young Mobile. During his vist to Bintan Island in Indonesia, he saw that many company in the mobile business offer unique services with pleasant customer service. He saw this as a business potential and try to bring it back to his home country in Singapore.
It was not easy for Tan Yee Hung to be able to stand out and win the tight competition in mobile phone sector in Singapore. However, he strive for success and keep going forward.
Now, Young Mobile was rated for "The Best Customer Service Award" by Panggang Magazine and " Singapore Best Mobile Services" by Singapore Telecommunication Union in 2014. Young Mobile have served more than 4,000 customers since it has started and has been rated "5 stars" from BABC Survey.
